CANCELLATION POLICY

A reminder SMS is sent 24hours before a scheduled appointment. Online bookings are sent an email confirmation when booked and a reminder 2 days before scheduled appointments. This email contains a link for changes to your scheduled appointment. Changes can be made to any appointment up to 24hours before the scheduled start time. A minimum of 24hours notice to cancel or adjust your appointment is appreciated. This allows others to fill your slot in the event you need to cancel. While we understand that occasionally last minute cancellations are unavoidable, where less than 24hours notice is provided for a scheduled appointment a cancellation fee may be charged. Repeated late notice cancellations or no shows may require a deposit to be taken to secure future appointments, this deposit would be deemed void in the event of late cancellation or no show.

While we do not enjoy enforcing this policy we ask you to please understand that as a small business cancellations are costly to to the success of my business. 

No shows to appointments which are Gift Certificates, may deem the voucher void.
